Great product. Easy to program but the programming instructions for the trunk and remote start didn't come with it.

The instructions were a little vague as far as the valet button on reprogramming the new fob , thank goodness for YouTube!!Out side of that , it works perfectly !!Doors lock ✅Engine Starts ✅Gun turret spins , weapons discharge ✅Ejection seats eject ✅Ultra high voltage anti theft deterrent✅

I bought my car in April of 2024 with the Prestige system already installed, with a newer transmitter. Within a few months, the battery terminals inside the transmitter became loose and it would reset constantly, so I bought this same one as a replacement. 8 months later, several parts of the screen have stopped working, and the buttons take several pushes to transmit the command, they also go through a battery about 1x per month. This storefront doesn't offer customer care, and when I reached out to the company for support, I was told that a purchase 8 months ago isn't covered under any warranty, and that I could purchase another remote from them for $90 plus tax and shipping. This is my second remote in a year and a half, once this transmitter completely dies I will probably be changing security systems. Don't waste your money.

Purchased this because my old one broke and wouldn't open my car anymore. I ordered and received this remote just on time and it worked perfectly. It was easy to setup and use. Instructions came with the product and they were easy to follow. I will purchase another one to use as back up. I am completely satisfied with this remote.

Vague instructions to program for vehicles with Keys but nothing for vehicles with Push Starts. I’ve scoured YouTube, asked Reddit and went to the manufacturers website but have been unable to program the replacement key fob. I will keep trying and I’m not impressed with this brand.

The used truck i purchased had one of these with a busted screen. I ordered this to replace it expecting to have to include a battery and google for hours to figure out how to program it. It came with both a battery and the programming instructions, so programming it to the truck was a cinch. Figuring out how to set the clock on it though, that was a pain. Haha
