I purchased this to share with my English class, where we are reading "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind." Nsima was a staple food that the author described in the book. I found a recipe online and my class sampled the food. I don't have a refence to other similar products, but I felt it tasted fine (if bland) and my students were (mostly) interested in trying the food. If I use this book again in my classes, I'll buy this same product again.
