It was so good. The jaggery sadly didn’t get added to it before baking. Oh but buddy it sure got sprinkled on afterward. The pineapple cake went from good to excellent. I love the flavor it adds. Almost like molasses but better. When comparing this product to other raw sugars I find it to be better.This definitely gave the pineapple cake that POW on the taste buds. Quiet honestly I wish I could share a bite with all of you.You won’t be going wrong with this jaggery.

This item arrived to me as a sludge, not a powder. It's February and I live in the mountains of North Carolina so I can't imagine it was heat during shipping. And, given it's Winter here in the mountains the humidity in my home is very low around 30%. So I'm not sure why this turned into a paste. I would use it but it's a bit smelly and I don't know if that's how it's supposed to smell and I don't trust it due to the moisture issue. Returns are not allowed for this item.

Made Jaggery tea, it’s very good and warm on cold nights or when you’re not feeling well. I went to a spa and they had the tea there. Got the recipe... 1 C of boiling water, then add 1.5 TBSP of jaggery and let it dissolve. You can add a little lemon juice and a couple bay leaves if you want.

Nowhere in the listing description did I see an allergy alert. However, the package says: "Packaged in a facility that also handles tree nuts, wheat, corn and soybean." So it went into the compost since I do not tolerate corn or wheat. I don't know if it is a good product otherwise. It smells different from the lump jaggery I had before. Package does not say if this sugar is palm or cane.

Jaggery is commonly sold in a lump, which makes it hard to use. We love that this is granulated and organic. This is a quality product and we were disappointed to see that it is no longer available on Bolo. Bring it back, please.

I bought this Jaggery powder couple of times. The first time I got it from Bolo, the Jaggery was powder. Loved it so much, bought another bag recently from my prime account. The bag was tightly sealed. Once it was opened, I noticed that it was not only lumpy and wet but also tasted bad. I hoped to return and get another bag. But, Bolo doesn't accept returns for this product. Why did I give 3 stars? The first time I bought it was perfect. There is not only Quality inconsistency, but Bolo does not accept returns of this product. BEWARE... PHOTOS attached

This product was recommended as a sugar substitute. It has an aroma that is not pleasing to me and the taste would require some time to get used to it. I will not purchase again.
