I've trained and owned dogs for decades, and I think this mat is as good as it gets. if you put a pillowed mat the dog can get to hot.

First off, I will be sure to let Bolo and Primo pads know that Midwest is using the primo pads name to sell this not even slightly comparable product. You can’t tell what this product is made of from the photos. My fault for not checking the reviews.If you are looking for primo pads, go to primopads.com. They are not sold on Bolo. They have a warranty and they are the same exact price for a 36x24. Go to a dog show to pick it up and you don’t even have to pay shipping. The schedule is on their website.As far as I can tell this horrible Midwest product does not have a warranty of any kind and I’m just out $45. Do not buy this product. It’s like a cheap foam material that is a total joke. Luckily my dog that tore this up in one night doesn’t eat things. Another dog could have ended up with an intestinal blockage.What is Midwest thinking? They make nice crates and dollies. Why would they think this crap is a good material for a crate mat? What the heck?!

Apparently this made for a great chew toy 5 days after we got it.I thought it fit well and was pretty thick and comfy, she really liked it the first couple days and seemed happy we got her something new. Today was a little warmer than it’s been so maybe she didn’t like not being on the colder floor, or maybe she got bored. We’ll never know.

So far my new puppy has torn up pretty much everything I tried to put in his kennel. I bought these rubber mats in the hope that they could provide some cushioning for him but also be resistant to destruction. So far, after a few weeks, he has not even shown a desire to chew on them which is great! I have one in his crate in the bedroom and one in his crate in the car. They are good quality, thick enough to provide some comfort for his joints and easy to hose down when they’re dirty.

Unfortunately I ended up needing to throw this away after 2 days. While it was soft for my dog and easy to clean, the minute he realized that digging made deep rivets and brought up the material for him to chew more at. I wish I would've read the other reviews prior to purchase, but if you have a large dog or a dog that likes to dig, I recommend that you skip this product. If you have a smaller dog who doesn't dig, go for it.For those out there looking for crate mats for their digging dogs, check out K9 ballistics - we purchased that after throwing this away and are loving it - worth the price.

We purchased this to use under our dogs crate so it didn’t scratch our floors. The dimensions are perfect for our crate. It’s a few inches longer so there’s some room to spare which is great and width wise it’s a perfect fit. Our dog does not sit still in her crate once we approach it, she jumps all over so the crate would slide all over but with this, it stays in place. Absolutely worth it!

I thought it was going to be a bit thicker but it’s a very nice foam like an anti fatigue mat for your feet.Fits perfectly over the crate liner pan, helped reduce noise of my dog moving around in the crate, he seems to love it!Haven’t had to clean yet but seems like it would be easy to wipe or vacuum. My German shepherd is a super chewer but he hasn’t been interested in chewing the crate pad.

Love this Mat. I bought it for inside our puppies crate. It’s easy to clean and wipe up any messes.I love it so much I just bought a second one for our travel crate. Well worth the money.My dog find it’s very comfortable to sleep on all night.

Bought this a while back did not last and now to see that the price has gone up 50$ since my purchase and the quality is exacly the same i will definatly not be buying again many superior alternatives within this price range

I like the thin but squishy/cushiony texture, and when put inside a bed cover it has been plenty durable (honestly, these folks complaining about chewing/scratching damage, why would you put a naked foam product in with your dog in the first place?? Put it in a cover or under a securely wedged in bed).However the listing says "waterproof and will not absorb liquid)... HA, massively untrue, unfortunately. God peed on, stank, put out in rain to rinse off, now is SOAKED (water squishes put when you squeeze it), not sure whether it's ever going to.be able to dry out :( That said, I am buying another one... but will put it in a waterproof cover this time. Just wish description had been honest.
