I was iffy on purchasing because of the price but it really did help my hair. I recently moved so for the past few months my hair has been feeling heavy like there was a buildup and I don’t use leave ins or hair products so I didn’t know what was causing it until I realized it must be the hard water at the new place. This shampoo cleaned it so well and my hair felt lighter and fluffier. The conditioner was also great and I was able to brush my hair straight out of the shower.

I have very hard water and couldn’t figure out why my hair kept pulling yellow and brassy tones despite using high quality violet shampoo and conditioner. My hair dresser told me about this product so I tried it. I have not used it in conjunction with the purple toning shampoo and my blonds are now white and beautiful. It has a nice, light smell and leaves my hair feeling clean and light.

Very nice product. Was recommended to me by my hairstylist and I truly love it. I use it about once a month to get rid of any hair product buildup and it works like a charm! My hair is very soft and smooth after. It gets rid of any greasiness well and the scent is extremely pleasant!Cons: The bottle leaked during transport, so I guess the seal isn’t that great. However, the product is amazing.

I use to have dull, frizzy, tangled, breakage/shedding a lot, hair and itchy scalp from hard well water... The first day i used this shampoo and conditioner, I am impressed. My hair is tangle free, silky smooth and vibrant, scalp doesn't itch and my hair isn't shedding or breaking much. I have a really good filtration for the shower which helps. I'll ne using this once a week for maintenance.

I love this stuff- even though it’s expensive. I have well water and it gets all those minerals out. There is also a powder treatment you can use once a week. My hair stylist recommended this because when she was dying my hair- it started foaming from all the minerals in it from the well water! So- this stuff is great!

I have very hard water at my house and purchased this product in hopes to reduce the hard water build up in my hair. I found this product tended to dry out my hair if used more than once a week. If only used once a week my hair felt cleaner but I still had to wash my hair every other day regardless. My hair is naturally brunette for reference and did not affect my natural color.

*The first paragraph is about the routine I have to get these results and the second paragraph is about the shampoo itself.*So my hair is naturally wavy, medium thick and severely color damaged. I’ve been trying to grow my hair super long because of a bad bob a couple years ago (mid covid) and this is as long as it’ll get. I’ve been noticing WAY more shedding recently and decided to finally figure out how to get my hair back to as healthy as I can get it. I found this guy on YouTube called the Blowout Professor and in these before and after pictures I followed his routine which consists of 1. Using the right shampoo for your hair. 2. Using a hair mask instead of conditioner. 3. Using a leave in conditioner and hair oil on the ends right out of the shower on damp hair. Now keep in mind I used olaplex no 3 before shampooing which he also recommended so this was the result after following that routine just one time.As for the shampoo, it worked very well. It’s hard to tell how well when I used olaplex no 3 before shampooing but my hair felt real soft after letting it sit for a little bit. This shampoo will be my new go to shampoo because of how hard the water is where I live and how it instantly felt healthier. For the price I’d say go for it. The scent is amazing as well. It reminds me of a pina colada. Also the shine my hair has now is crazy. Very good product. 10/10
Hard water saviour!
My hair turned green due to hard water in my building. This product was my saviour in getting my hair back to normal and saving my $1000’s at salons trying to get rid of the green

I live in an area with hard water and have to use regaine. I decided to get this because when i went on holiday the water they use is soft water and my hair was getting thicker. I didn't know water had that much of an impact on my hair. When i got back to the UK my hair started to thin again. That was when i started to use this product. And now my hair is getting fuller again and not falling. I use this along with regaine and it works well
