I spooled it on my KastKing reel and caught a bunch of fish, including cod and sea trout. One of the cod was literally over 24 inches—big, strong, and heavy—but I had no problems at all. I never felt worried about the line breaking.I also took it to Hilton Head Island in early June. I didn’t catch anything huge there, but I did land a variety of species—sharks, stingrays, and more.I’m thinking of getting more of this line to use on my freshwater reel for largemouth and smallmouth bass!Give it a try—you won’t regret it!

Rigging up for a trout excursion with Me Brudder. I've used braid for years, and like the strength-to-thickness ratio. This line from KastKing takes braid to the next level. it is silky smooth. Should help cut down on bird's nests in my bait caster reels, or at least make them easier to unsnarl! I chose camo to blend in with the environment. I've been quite impressed with KastKing's quality reels. Now spooling up with this 8-strand braid and can't wait to get to the river.

This stuff is great ! It is very flexible, extremely tough, thin and strong and I had no problems casting from a nice spinning reel. I brought in a near 40 lb king salmon with it (20lb line, 12 lb leader). Would buy it again in a heartbeat. (Been fishing 60 years).

Very competitive product with the 8 core smoother surface advantage.Line to line, Alberto knot friendly (with 10 wraps being the smaller diameter of the 6 Lbs.) as well as the standard Palomar knot.Improved casting distance over mono and flouro as well as 4 core braids, allowing for lighter weights and lures with better casting distances.Decent strength for pulling fish through aquatic vegetive cover considering this is 6 Lbs. line. 4 out of a 6 Trout limit today came in with weeds in their face. One of the six Trout buried itself deep enough, I resorted to hand lining until clear of the weeds, being my ultra-light rod was doubled over near the breaking point and the line held.Good enough for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love braided line my uncle had this and swears by it so why not. I live the casting is phenomenal and tieing knots in braided line tucked until now. I had been using fire line in spider wire and never again. This line is 1000 times better than both of those. The knots tie easy and do not pull loose. 100% recommend

It looks like your getting a big spool of high quality fishing line but its really a small wheel like spool.... line is great though.

Got it imported and paid 3400/- for 10 lb braided line from kastking. Product quality is superb. It's very thin and strong but have clear doubts: 1. Is it actually 300 meters which it should be? Probably there is only 200 metre max.2. It is strong but you can cut it so easily with scissors whereas local braids, though thicker, puts more resistance against scissors or blades.Now a practical question for myself as well as other potential anglers wishing to import some good braid: Is it worthy to pay that much? Probably not, especially when you can get them from some Indian shops at half the price. I thought the Indian shops might sell cheap Chinese copies so I bought it from Bolo via importers.Final words: if the spool was actually 300 metres, I wouldn't be dissatisfied but now I am grumbling,😁
