Directions say”not take anything else with zinc in it because this already has zinc. “. But I need vitamins and all the vitamins seem to have zinc. At least the ones I find. I do take the A RED 2 with the multiple vitamins at it. I would like to know if they are enough vitamins for a senior senior citizenI love that they’re sold over-the-counter

Having read the review and 1st time buying to try out the product, hopefully it does help on AMD. As usual, Bolo delivered on time in good condition. Have started taken it for about 2 weeks and really does not feel or notice much difference at this stage. Will continue taking and hopefully it can sustain my condition and not getting any worse.
