Why did you pick this product vs others?:OK, first off - I'm a really good cook. I've made my own syrup (and vanilla extract) for several years now. This stuff is as close to homemade as you're going to find on the market (save for maybe Etsy from another homemade cook). I only bought this after a little kitchen mishap (after over a month of 12-14 hour days / 7 days a week of working and sheer exhaustion). I purchased a variety of top rated syrups from Bolo and gave 6 a go. This one was by leaps and bounds better than the rest! Good job Sonoma Country!Taste:Excellent! Definitely taste a high quality, pure vanilla extract with the "caviar" to boot! Not sure which beans they use, but it's a nice touch to the regular Madagascar variety used by most of the other "all natural" syrups I gave a go before going back to cooking my own. I at least know if I am ever in a pinch, I've found my back-up "go-to." Exceptional syrup and earns the Blue Ribbon in my home taste test. Ingredients:Top shelf ingredients (and they do not skimp on the vanilla either)! VERY flavorful with a surprising bean I haven't quite figured out! Can definitely tell they used both the extract and the bean when cooking up their syrups! And since it takes 2 years to get the best flavor from homemade extracts, it would take me a LONG time to figure out (and there are too many bean varieties and only so much coffee a girl can drink). And although pricey, they do not water it down to make you pay even more in the end. I used less of this syrup to get the same sweetness but with a whole lot more flavor!

I don’t write reviews often but this syrup is amazing. I love having vanilla lattes and this gives you the authentic vanilla flavor you would get at expensive coffee shops. I highly recommend this syrup. It’s worth the price. The ONLY downside is that after you pour some syrup, some syrup will leak off the side of the top because there is no pump. However, I will definitely be buying it again!! It’s also in a beautiful bottle.

I have purchased this lavender syrup several times, I love it my daily latte (hot or iced)It gives a little sweet, but not overly so and the flavor is perfect! I always make sure to have this on hand. Is definitely a great alternative when there is no time to make your own lavender syrup!

Very disappointed in the product. The flavor is super artificial and you low quality. If you’re looking for a vanilla bean syrup please look somewhere else. This syrup is artificial and doesn’t have any vanilla bean flecks.

The bottle is gorgeous. Really. It's lovely.The contents are ... though I was excited about the bottle ... very similar to any others. Even the ones in the boring bottles. Please choose accordingly! Frankly, I'm very proud to display this product. I tell folks I just came back from Italy, where I enjoyed scones with the Pope and he gifted me this special bottle while we discussed my future sainthood!
