This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldn’t think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didn’t feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and don’t waste your money on this.

I like the product for appetite suppression... I guess it helps weight loss.I work nights...as a nurse ... SoI take one with breakfast at maybe 9 am .. when I get home... Then I Sleep throughout the day...Wake up at 4 pm .. not hungry...Then I take 2 pills when I eat again around 6 pm .. before work at 7 pm...This suppresses my appetite.. until morning ....or I'll have just a snack (cookies and water) throughout the night ..... from 6 pm to 9 a.m againSo essentially I eat only twice a day some times....with light snacks .. but the key is snack on nuts and fruits... For better weight loss results... So I can't eat a bag of 300 calorie cookies everyday...This product also gives me some energy.. I notice the increase .. stamina in my body... I wake up feeling more energized...I do not feel as exhausted during the day....my brain even feels less foggy and I even feel more relaxed daily.I would say that these pills... Taking 3 per day ( 1 in morning and 2 at night) don't make me go to the bathroom much.. I always went 1 to 2 times a day... And.... It has not changed... I was hoping for a little diarrhea honestly... To lose some water bloating weight..... * However I am less bloated... I feel and see my stomach went down ... After only using this for 1 weekAlso.. lost like 2 pounds in 1 week..!I definitely recommend these pills...it's natural and it made my body feel better.I do incorporate eating healthier and I exercise maybe 30 mins for twice a week averagely.I stopped eating fast foods but I do eat frozen foods ( like those 300 calorie $3 frozen lean cuisine fettuccine boxes from Walmart)...Hope this helps some one <3

Here is my experience:The first few times I took it, I definitely felt the effect. What I felt was a bit light headed, nothing extreme and manageable. I saw I was going to the bathroom a little more but not so different than before. I started the first 2 or 3 days with 2 capsules, then moved to 3 ( figured since I never did it before, I really wanted to use the full power of this )Where the big change began for me was after about a week and a half into using this. I began going to the bathroom about 3 times a day ( usually only had to go once before ), not always excreting a solid one but like a diarrhea.When I finished the pills, I weighed myself to see if anything was lost in weight, and it did. I lost almost 3 lbs.So, for people looking to lose weight with this… it will definitely help in my opinion based on myself IF you do work out or have an active lifestyle for sure.Some notes to point out for first timers:The company tells you to drink a lot of water ( 12 cups ) and I would more or less around that amount a day.That is very important. A car wouldn’t run right if it doesn’t have enough oil, you should not expect your body would either without enough water.Try to start this on your day off just to see how it makes you feel just in case, but again, when I felt light headed, it wasn’t so extreme that I couldn’t handle daily activities, but again, everyone is different.You might experience more gas than usual, and I warn you, don’t think you can pass it lol.Goto the bathroom because you might get a surprise if you think it’s “just gas”otherwise. lol.Lastly, contrary to what people might think about a colon cleanser, this isn’t a 3 day flush your life out product, meaning, don’t think it will kick in and you will be running for the bathroom.In my experience, you will feel like you have to go and it’s manageable, it didn’t make me run for anything, it just let me know it’s time to go.Everyones body is different and it might not be exactly this way for you but, this is just an idea based off of what happened to me.So with all that said, it worked for me, I do feel better and I’m happy I tried the product.All the best to those of you that try this.

Doesn't Work - Read Other Reviews
First off, I've never taken anything like this before so wasn't sure to what to expect. That being said, I took the 3 pills a day and made sure to eat pretty healthy meals the entire time and there was little to no difference in my day compared to before. At the beginning I maybe needed the bathroom a little more often but after about 10 days there was zero affect. Should have read the reviews before buying.
