Roasted, then salted with sea salt, this process enhances their rich, nutty flavor. Our deluxe mixed nuts are comprised of roughly 45% cashews, 40% almonds, 5% brazil nuts, 5% hazelnuts, and 5% pecans; the actual percentages may vary slightly from bag to bag. A stand-up, resealable bag helps ensure maximum freshness, all the way down to the last handful. May contain an occasional nut shell fragment.

Bought this because we run out of the other brand we usually but at a bulk store. This is a good alternative. Has a good mix and selection of nuts. Quality was good and enjoyed snacking and cooking with it as well. The Toasted smell and color was good quality. I bought it again, but was misled and got the "Salted "Mixed nuts and can no longer find the "Deluxe" kind. The "Salted" mixed nut was okay as well, but contains more peanuts. But this is till better than Planters Mixed nuts.

These mixed nuts are good overall, but a number of the cashews have a foul taste and leave a slightly burning sensation in the mount and throat which I think means that they may not have been properly processed to remove all of the toxin, or maybe they're just old, I'm not sure.
