I can honestly say after trying them for a year that they have really helped with my cognitive abilities. I’m 61 and the daughter of both parents that had dementia. My father was only 67 when he showed early signs of the disease. I’m hoping continued use of this supplement will help me cognitively.

Been taking this on the recommendation of my nutritionist for about a month once a day in the morning to help with memory. It does seem to be helping my short term problem.I was not able to take an evening pill also as it gave me crazy dreams. May build up to another try for that again.Overall very pleased.

My wife and I have been using this product in our morning cup of coffee for a few years now. It has definitely cleared up our little bit of brain fog in the morning that we both experienced. We don't use the full recommended amount but definitely both felt an improvement after a few weeks. It adds a bit of an earthy flavor and will settle at the bottom of your mug so just swirl it around while drinking. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

My only issue with this product is the packaging. Like most of these resealable (ziplock) packages the ziplock is not sealed when manufactured. They are only heat sealed. The contents are a very fine powder which gets into the ziplock during shipping and prevents resealing the package. This only happens with very fine powders, but the manufacture should know this and seal it up before heat sealing.

From my research of brands, this was one of the credible ones. A lot of other cash grabs ones on Bolo😬. Can’t say much yet since I’m only two weeks in. But I can say this brand is much more trustworthy than some of the other popular items on this store.

Better mental clarity and focus
Felt the difference from 2nd-3rd day. I used to feel sleepy and would lose focus during the day at work. After I started taking this, my focus improved and I don’t feel sleepy/lethargic at work. I’m getting around 5-6 hours of sleep these days and still don’t feel tired.Combining this with 500 mg Magnesium Bisglycinate. I take the Magnesium at night before sleeping and Lion’s Mane in the morning on empty stomach.
