If you own an "Ice Cream Maker" please read BEFORE you order. I found this product while searching for "Homemade Ice Cream Mix". I didn't realized that this is made primarily for Soft Serve Machines. After receiving the product, you can imagine my disappointment when I couldn't find directions for homemade ice cream preparation. I e-mailed the company asking for a "fix" or a refund. The Precision Food Group immediately responded to my inquiry. They offered a refund but also sent me the directions to make this product in my ice cream maker telling me that they would give the refund if I didn't like the product after trying their directions. I LOVE IT!!! I will definitely purchase this product again.I know that $20.00 seems expensive but this is a Large bag of mix. I have made 2 or 3 - 4 quart freezers full and I have enough to make that much more. It has a soft serve, creamy consistency to it. It tastes a lot like orange sherbet but I like this a lot more than what you can purchase in the grocery store.Between the great product and the excellent customer service, I will definately do business with the company again.Remember: if you don't have a soft serve machine, e-mail the company and they will send the directions to you for how to convert the mix to a regular ice cream maker
