I do seem to notice a boost in energy after I take it. As far as the fat loss, well that also depends on one’s diet. I will say it propelled me quicker to my goal but that was accompanied by a good diet too. I’ll just also point out the other reviewers saying “there is glass in my bottle”…….smh. It’s CRYSTALIZED. For anyone looking to buy Nutrakey, DON’T refrigerate it. Leave it in a cool dark place. Refrigeration seems to crystallize it quicker.

Orange Delight flavor is my favorite! I mix 1 dose with a 1/2 cup of water otherwise it seems to dry out my throat. I take it in the morning for the cognitive benefits and just before a workout to propel through my workouts. The product claims to burn fat for fuel verses glucose, which I feel has contributed to weight loss when I'm focusing on weight management.

This time, though, the product didn’t work at all, and I’m frustrated with the lack of results and the unexpected weight gain.If you’re looking for effective CLA or L-Carnitine, I would avoid this brand. It simply didn’t work for me and even set me back in my progress. Stick to more reliable options!
