My kids have had 3 of these and they’re a must have in our house. My oldest got one when he was about 6 months old. He loved it so much that by the time him and his little brother were old enough to really appreciate them fully, one just wasn’t enough to have anymore. I had to buy a second one so they could both have one to use. They had two going for a while until the original one finally broke from being thrown around too much. It lasted then about 3 1/2 years though so that’s great for us since my boys are pretty destructive when it comes to their toys. I just bought another one and now they have two going again.I love these so much because they help with learning your letters and numbers. There are a bunch of little games your kids can play on it and it seems to have endless fun going on. The best part for me though is that it has a set of contacts being dad, mom, grandpa, grandma and a friend. You can input your own numbers for whatever contact and then they can pretend to call them and it says the number they’re calling. If you’ve input your own personal phone numbers, your kids can memorize your phone numbers. My 4 and 2 year olds know my number, their dads number and their grampa’s number! It’s a great skill for them to have in case of a real life emergency. Just for that reason alone, I think this is a great toy. There is so much learning potential with this and it stands up really well to being thrown around. I will he buying these as long as my kids show interest in them and for however long I need to as they end up breaking on us. So far though, having to replace just one in 3 1/2 years is a sign of great quality. A must have toy everybody!!

The toy itself is engaging. My toddlers love it. It’s just complex enough to offer simplistic button-pushing joy but also leave more fun features for them to discover as understanding and logic develops. Being able to actually enter your own phone numbers is a cool feature. I purchased two for Christmas.Here’s the thing - I’m very unhappy with how lots of toys supposedly designed for toddlers simply can’t stand up to the rigors of a toddler’s daily play, and my kids just aren’t that destructive. I would know - I also teach preschool. My kids haven’t had these phone toys for more than a month and one of the phones now requires me to smack it around in order to make it work properly. “Percussive maintenance” isn’t something I want to be performing on kids’ toys on a regular basis - it also send the message to them that they too should smack their toys around, except a toddler doesn’t possess the reasoning skills to know when it’s a good idea or not, and usually it’s not. It’s not just Vtech - all the brands like Fisher-Price, Baby Einstein, and Spin Master (Hatchimals, Paw Patrol) can be just as bad. (Especially you, Fisher-Price.)At this point, just figure that the more buttons it has and the more electronic it is, the faster your kids will destroy it. Keyboard pianos, tv remotes, phones - they all don’t make it more than 6 months at the very best.At between $10-15 US though, it’s doesn’t hurt as badly to replace as the $20-30 (or more) bigger toys.Oh, and the frustration-free packaging that Bolo offers is always a nice touch.

The media could not be loaded. My 7 month old absolutely loves this toy. It has been dropped on the floor many times. It's a hard plastic. It hasn't broke just. It's not too loud or annoying. Many little activities on this toy. It counts and it's very interactive with child. I like how the screen has a little picture in it. Kids are learning their ABCs, counting, telling time. It talks and asks questions. Will be using this toy a lot as a teaching tool. Very happy with purchase and recommend

I read some bad reviews about the phone but I didn’t care and then I regret because I got it broken, it came with batteries on but it didn’t turn on and then I tried to return it to United States and I couldn’t because I had to travel and finally I lost my money, all the money went to the rubbish bin. Lately all the toys from this brand and that I bought from Bolo are damaged . This is the second one that comes damaged, i will not buy anymore from Bolo, I prefer go to see the toys to the shop and check them before to buy them because I don’t want keep losing money .
