Only because I have not tried any other brand I gave it 4 star. It works great and does just what it says it does. Plus it is affordable and a tube lasts a long time. It helps mascara go on smoothly and it helps lashes look longer and fuller. And it helps you be able to use less mascara and still get a great look. I use it every time I apply mascara.

I don't know why I was skeptical that it was white & would affect the look of my eyelashes with mascara but I was sure wrong. It is way better then my usual mascara primer that I use. I am switching over to this primer instead. It really extends your eyelashes making them not only look much longer but much fuller. Highly recommend 10/10 starts forsure!

Au top ! Je le met commeBase avant de mettre le noir et cela aide à faire de plus long cils . Là où avec seulement un mascara noir je n’arrivais pas à avoir un super résultat, même avec les grosses marques . Là, vous mettez celui-ci comme base ensuite un mascara, même un mascara de premier prix vous aurez un final plus que satisfaisant.

Poor or defective quality
Oddly this primer came cakey and thick. To the point where it cakes on my lashes too..does not look right. Fortunately for Bolo's awesome customer service i was able to get a refund. I won't try this brand again
