"The Rockwell international (now Boeing) b-1b Lancer is a four-engine, supersonic, swing wing, jet powered, heavy strategic bomber. Used by the United States air force, it is primarily a low-level penetrator. The b-1b has long range capability and travels at high altitude with speed of Mach 1.25, and at low level speed of Mach 0.92. The b-1b celebrated its first flight on December 23, 1974 and became operational in 1986 with USAF strategic air command as a nuclear bomber. In early 1990S b-1b fleet was reassigned to air combat command and aircrafts were converted to use conventional and all-weather guided "smart" munitions. Its first combat mission occurred in 1998 during operation "desert fox" in Iraq. In 1999 it was again deployed to support operation "Allied force" in Kosovo. Commonly called the "bone", derived from "b-one", the b-1b holds 61 world records for speed, payload and distance.

The V-22 Osprey arrived in great shape. I was impressed with the detail of this collectible. Even though some parts are plastic the packaging protected the collectable during shipping.This was purchased because of memories my family and I have of the time we lived near Amarillo. We occasionally drove by the Bell facility and would see the Ospreys doing take-offs and landings. Neat aircraft to see in action!My family and I lived in the Amarillo area when Bell first began production of the Osprey at that location. We saw some of the very first V-22s as they were being test flown there. Getting this collectable brings back some good memories.I would definitely recommend this collectible to anyone wanting to add this to their miniature aircraft collection!

The V-22 Osprey, is now the eighth aircraft miniature that I’ve purchased by Daron and I continue to be really impressed by the detail and sturdiness of their die cast models.It is very well put together, definitely has some weight to it. I would not describe this as a toy.Everything on the one I received matches the description and product pictures. Very pleased with it.Update:After having for a while I’ve noticed that the stand for the osprey is not wide enough to support it properly.It tips quite easily and one of the rotors broke off after it fell over repeatedly.Not changing the rating of the aircraft itself.

A good-quality model of the Bomber that Helped Save Half of the World (or more like 80% of the world by population!). Very solid, true to scale, nice paint job. But on my unit the two wings wobble quite a bit, which is a letdown for a collector like myself.

My first experience with the B-1 Lancer was sometime back in summer 2015. My family was visiting at my grandparent's home in Northern Kentucky, when we heard the sound of a jet flying low and fast from the wrong direction (We live next to the Cincinnati Airport so most planes have a predictable flight pattern). Just as we made our way outside to see what kind of weird plane was flying around, A B-1 flew over us, just a few hundred feet off the ground, with both of its wings swept back! It was incredible to see something that big moving that fast! We wondered if North Korea had finally done it?Turns out there was a Bengals game that afternoon, and that the Air Force was flying the plane for promotional reasons. Not WW3 reasons. Since that day, I wanted one of these to help keep the memory strong.This die-cast plane is very detailed for its size and price. The cockpit impressed me the most, as there are no real gaps between the window panes and the frames. The canards are nice and symmetrical. While the wings will open and close in unison, there's a little play in the gear and they aren't perfectly in sync. So, if you want to display the B-1, you may have to do a little nudging on both of the wings to get them both in the same position.I am very happy with this purchase!

This model has incredible attention to detail. It is made out of metal, so it is heavy, but some of the parts can be fragile as they are thin (and true to life). On real Thunderbirds, the side depicts countries that the Thunderbird USAF teams have performed in, and this is expertly preserved, so much so that you can even make out individual countries (my camera doesn’t do it justice) which calls to the point of the models being wonderfully detailed! I promise you, it is worth every penny.Please keep in mind that this model is not a toy and can easily be broken if used as one. It is not advertised as one. It is a collectible model.It fits nicely on my desk!

The F/A-18 has great detail, but be careful taking it out of the package. Both end-wing missiles broke off when I took it out. I had to glue the missiles back on.
Poor quality for postage

Really good quality with some decent details of the mighty F117. It's a nice thing to have as a display item.
