Fast shipping, good product, fair price.I use this in conjunction with potassium powder (NOW Nutrition) as well as magnesium gluconate (also Bulk Supplements) to help with recovery from workouts and staying healthy during periods of stress (adrenal glands!).My sleep is poor and I'm always looking for supplements to help improve - so far this little concoction seems to improve my sleep quality. I will update my review after a few weeks to see if I notice further changes.The taste isn't the best but I wanted an unflavored product to avoid fillers and "natural" flavors.I mix the powders with with some water using a handheld rechargable frother and just swig it.I like that it doesn't come with a bulky plastic tub and just use a measuring spoon to get the right amount out of the package.

Bulk Supplements packaging is an ideal way to manage high-spread-dosing... and in the case of SA, we [humans] gotta make up for not being able to internally make our own SA, like all the other animals do [except guinea pigs and fruitbats] so we aim for about 1g/day [1/4tsp is 1g] for every 10lbs of body weight for normal days [more when sickly].. and Bulk Supplements has excellent quality products so we make sure we're well stocked for potential turmoil.. This came sealed in a zipper pouch, and I poured the powder into a pint mason jar. It’s a beautiful, white sparkling salt, and it has a flavor reminiscent of baking soda but not as strong. 3/4 tsp. yields approximately 1700mg of vitamin c and that’s awesome! Beats swallowing pills that can make the body more acidic. I’ll be a repeat customer on this one. So far my toddler had some in his apple juice and liked it. I had it in my evening cup of tea. Delicious. Thank you!

I bought this Pure Sodium Ascorbate powder as it's the best vit C for dogs, with a higher absorption than other vit C's. It's in a powder form, (which I knew and wanted), making it nice and easy to mix in my dogs food. I don't like having it in the zip lock bag that it came in, (It's pictured with the product description, so I knew this too when I ordered it.) I have a container that I put it in so it's easier to scoop out and seal than the bag. I can't tell how well the product works, but at least my old dog doesn't get sick from it, so that's a good thing! :)

I thought I was getting enough Vitamin C through my healthy diet, but my doctor advised I try supplementing with pure Vitamin C in powder form. Too often in the fall, I'll pick up a sinus-throat bug and I'm hoping that this BulkSupplements Pure Sodium Ascorbate will help to protect against it. This powder by BulkSupplements comes in a durable tight resealable opaque envelope. Although manufactured in China, I've read that it's third party tested for purity etc., by a third party tester located in Washington. Also it is made from non-GMO corn (GMO corn = deal-breaker for me). There are a lot of Vitamin C supplements out there on store shelves in capsules and tablets and I feel more confident using this product. I take 1/4 tsp (1250 mg) twice a day, by dropping the powder under my tongue and washing it down with 8 oz of water. Having chronic sinus problems and some allergies, I've noticed some improvement since starting the use of this supplement. I'm encouraged and I will purchase it again.
