Our peppers are grown entirely in local, family farms in Fredericksburg and then pickled using a 5 - generation old recipe! No preservatives, food coloring, or additives. Always gluten free, vegan, and completely delicious! 12 oz jar. Ingredients: jalapeno peppers, carrots, vinegar, water and salt. Our sliced jalapenos are the perfect balance of heat. They have lost their Jalepeno flavor. They are pretty warm and the heat has some stay power. About as hot as a fresh jalepeno. I eat them right out of the jar. I usually just go for the canned Ortega jalapenos, but decided to order something different this time and I am so glad that I did! These are very fresh tasting and have a decent kick to them. Delicious!I will just order these from now on and never go back to the simple store bought ones anymore.Thanks for making a great product!

This is a great pickled jalapeno product. I've ordered it multiple times. It is well packaged to not break in shipment, tastes great and is consistently excellent with a picklety taste.

The Peppers are not as soft and tender as the la costena brand of Jalapeños it has more of a bite or crunch, perhaps they have less pickling time? Definitely hot and pungent... I personally won’t buy again. The flavor was a little more overwhelming for me, that I am unaccustomed to.
