Skin looks better, easier to say no to my addictive snack foods, sleep better. Got on doctor recommendation that would help with rumination and anxiety and yes, it has! Nutricost is a great price while still a good product. The smell hasn't bothered me. Take with food. Highly recommend!

So this is my first time using this kind of supplement. Never even heard of it, but after doing some research it says that it'll help with pcos and other uterus issues. I take this along with myo-inositol. So far the 2 are working nicely together. I've been on both for 3 weeks-ish now and definitely can feel a difference with my mood and energy. It's nothing drastic, but better than me dragging butt. Not sure 100% which one did it, but it did cause my period to come 6 days early and it was heavy. Like i bled like someone turned on a faucet, but it only lasted 2 days, which is my norm. So be advised that it might make you start earlier than you expected.

Well firstly to my surprise. It’s been about two weeks or so. The dull ache I’ve been dealing with is slowly going away. Very impressive. I’m excited to continue taking this to see more results. It does smell funny if you smell them. Which I don’t. I simply take them. There’s no insane whiff upon opening them imo. No complaints. My research implied there’s no real difference with vitamins besides the labeling. I disagree with that. This brand feels more effective than most other brands I’ve tried. The size is reasonable to swallow. I would consider regular size. Quick results.One thing I’m interested to see if it can help with, is my husband’s smoking habits, sleep quality and energy levels. I’ll update in a few months.

I got these specifically to help with quitting nicotine. After some reading, this with l-lysine can help curb the serotonin response to nicotine and help make quitting easier, and so far this is my longest, successful attempt. I still have thoughts, but I genuinely think the combination might be helping, even if it’s a placebo affect. The only odd thing is these kinda smell like rotten eggs in the container, but that’s something I heard is common with NAC. Overall good quality for the price and helping me on my journey!

Comencé a tomarlas como siempre, una por la mañana y una por la noche, pero noté que no me hacían efecto como la marca que generalmente tomo. Se me ocurrió dejar que la cápsula se disolviera en mi boca y noté que no sabe lo suficientemente ácido ni lo suficientemente a "hule quemado". Además otra de las cápsulas que disolví en mi boca sólo sabía a harina de arroz.No recomiendo esta marca.
