Works as intended. It takes a while to dissolve. I put it in socks inside skimmer and by the water inlet in pool. My pool is 20'X40'. So I had to buy 2 of these to raise the CYA so my Chlorine would stabilize and last.Not a fast solution though. It takes a while to dissolve. I. found the old sock method to be the best way to apply.

It actually worked. I been dumping shock in for two weeks and no chlorine reading I thought it was test strips. Tried this yesterday and shocked this morning and it’s holding. Thank you!!!

Very slow to dissolve per the instructions. Followed the advice of another reviewer to put the granules in a silk stocking and put it in the skimmer. It dissolved within 24 hours.

It takes a long time to dissolve. I’d look for a liquid product next time. Does it’s job just painful getting it into the pool.
Does not dissolve
Have had this sitting in a bucket of water for 6 weeks and it hasn’t dissolved at all. Kind of works still as I just put the water from the bucket into the pool to raise cya, but would not recommend
Just use chlorine
Just use chlorine...and run your pump with fresh filter
