My mother was looking for rennet tablets like those she buys in her home country where a quarter tablet works for a certain amount of gallons of milk. These seemed to be close enough in the liter to gallon conversion if not the same exact brand. She kept her last set of tablets presumably past the expiration date and while they worked well enough that the milk did coagulate, it took long enough that she feared it wouldn't. We keep these tablets in the freezer in the hopes that it will stay fresh longer and it works exactly as expected without any worries.

This purchases has been kept in the freezer and have not been used yet. Using liquid rennet at this time. Will adjust rating when able to fully utilize the tablets. 4 stars for fast delivery and undamaged.

Lo utilizo para hacer queso pero la pastilla no es buena a un galón de leche tuve que ponerle 2 pastillas y ni así cuaja la leche

Made two batches of fresh mozzarella and it never would set the curd ver well. I checked the temp on the package and was making it per the package specs.
