Delivered in a damaged box
EDITED (SEE BELOW) I will amend the review once I receive a replacement.1st DELIVERYItem arrived unwrapped (not in a box), damaged, with stickers all over the box. Definitely not suitable for gifting. We tend to look after things so very disappointed that we get something I would expect to purchase in a charity shop/jumble sale.Very disappointed and I hope the new product will arrive in a good condition!2nd DELIVERYI returned the first parcel and re-ordered the toy. It came again with stickers/labels and tapes all over. The box itself was in a better condition but it had more stuff all over it - unsuitable for gifting again. I returned the parcel to the driver who advised me to have the present wrapped. I called Bolo who advised that a) "Item arrives in packaging that reveals what's inside" and b) I can order a gift wrap at a cost of £4.00.I did go back to the product and you will be able to change the packaging at the checkout (at no cost), you will need to select "ship in Bolo packaging". I hope this is helpful, it would be great if Bolo support knew about this option too! Once I receive the third parcel, I'll update this review.
Price was right.
This will be a Christmas gift. I don't know about the contents, but seems like great packaging and I think my nephew will have LOTS of fun with this. Thank you
