Great product, but a little expensive. Six years ago it cost less than $20 for a quarter of Boostane. Now it runs almost $35. One hell of a price jump. That's a 75% jump in six years. I'm sure E85 would accomplish the same octane boost for about half that money.

I use this in a stock 2017 M8 Road King 10:1 compression. Recommendations are 91 or better octane. I mix this with 91 octane premium Chevron fuel to achieve 93 to 95 octane based on the manufacturer chart.I noticed 2 things using the product. 1) Popping during engine braking is reduced some 2) My shift points seem about 5 miles per hour sooner. For example, shifting from 4th to 5th used to be done about 50 miles per hour, and with the boostane it can shift about 45 without lugging. Lastly I believe there was a very mild increase in fuel mileage but I haven't done a head to head test directly on that yet.

I add half a can of this per tank in my '22 mustang GT and you can absolutely feel the power gains! I have a custom 93 octane tune with adaptive octane logic and whenever I add Boostane it feels like the car gained 20 HP if not more, and has noticeably more torque. Also I'm not sure if its a placebo but the exhaust sounds louder and pops more when I use this. Id use it more often if it wasn't so pricey, overall highly recommend if your looking for a quick power increase.

If you have a tuner that will allow your car to run 101 octane (basically racing fuel) Boostane Professional is fantastic! One once of Boostane will convert one gallon of 93 octane to 101 octane. I have a 2020 Mustang and I use a Bam RevX tuner. Using the tuner programmed for 101 and Boostane Professional has added a little over 75hp to the car (as measured on a dyno). It can also be used to convert regular 87 octane gas to 93 (premium) in an economical way. Most cars (especially sports cars) will run better with 93 but 87 is less expensive. This product/additive can let your car run better with 93 but it will cost you less money than buying the 93 from the pump. If you want to increase your car's performance and save money, I highly recommend Boostane Professional. I bought the 2 pack of 32 oz cans. Excellent value.

Works as advertised. Comparing logs of my car on a tune for actual race gas.. Because I was able to dial up the octane a bit more, this ran better on my car mixed for 102 octane than an actual tankful of Sunoco 100octane race fuel. I was logging timing correction, acceleration etc. Timed run in similar conditions I was able to knock a tenth of a second in time taken from 4500-6500 RPM. And its cut my fuel cost right in half. Plus the portability and adaptability to different base fuels. This is the real deal. However if you are expecting magic HP from a can without doing the work to tune for high octane, then move along this is not for you.
My car needs 93 octane fuel and Boostane easily meets this requirement with only 2 ounces.
Great product if you can’t find good gas, or you need more to fill requirements! 👍
