I can tell within days when I've been off of it the difference that it makes in my knees and in the strength of my nail beds. Marine collagen is a fantastic option for vegetarians/vegans, or those who don't like beef. PS when making smoothies for breakfast collagen peptides sometimes taste like roast beef and nothing says "good morning" like a strawberry banana beef roast smoothie. Ask me how I know? š¤£ This avoids that. It is utterly tasteless. I put it in coffee or smoothies; mix it in yogurt, chia pudding, or in overnight oats, for example. The package lasts quite a while and it is entirely on point with industry standard for price per ounce. Get that protein!

Absolutely love this!!! I cannot stand the taste of powder form collagens, but this one is great in my coffee! It actually makes my coffee taste like a coffee shop coffee. Sometimes I get that bone taste but after the first swallow itās gone. Unfortunately, my body does not like hyaluronic acid. I canāt even use the stuff on my skin. If you could make this with everything BUT the hyaluronic acid I would be one happy customer that would come back over and over!!!! If youāre one that isnāt affected by the HA then you should give this a try; and Iām very picky/particular about tastes and textures. Please make this without the HA!! š

We all hate growing older, but it is inevitable. I have purchased and tried many Collagens supplements many times. Most work very well, this one just happens to be the most affordable. A friend of mine met with me for dinner recently and commented on my appearance. He said, "the last time that I saw you, your face looked droopy, you look really good".I graciously thanked him and told him my secret. Now he uses it too. At 55 years old, my skin looks almost 20 years younger. It is great for your hair and nails also. But be patient, stick to a daily regimen. You won't be disappointed.

Day 3 you can already see a difference in skin brightness.I hvnt noticed any effects in my hair tho. Iāve always had bad hair tho. Youāll notice cellulite reduced maybe by like 25% in as little as 2 weeks if you take daily. Make sure your water intake is all the way up. This is my second bag and I was able to tell when I finished the first bag. I didnāt realize there was a difference until about a month after I finished the first bag when the cellulite behind my upper thigh was getting wrinkly. Then I realized it did work lol. Got my second bag and Iām about 2 weeks in again and Iām already noticing a difference in my skin. Especially the little cellulite I got back there.It also makes ur skin like more dewy or glowy. Idk how to explain it. Just take it daily and drink lots of water. I mix in my protein shakes daily. Donāt mix it with anything too cold cause it clumps lol. Not a deal breaker, just break the clump.
