Huge difference with strength and stability when wearing these during leg workouts! I have had problems with my left knee that limited the amount of weight I could use. The knee sleeves keep my knee from feeling like my kneecap is going to explode when attempting squats! I was able to add more weight to my squats (Front, back, hack) with wearing these. I used the method suggested for sizing and found the fit to be comfortable and accurate. Be aware that there is a very strong smell initially that is associated with the neoprene. Probably take a couple of weeks to go away.

This product has been a lifesaver to me. I am close to having a knee replacement and with wearing this fantastic knee sleeve, I am hoping to put it off for awhile. It may sound weird, but with this sleeve on it seems to hold my knee in place. I know at least 2 or 3 times this has helped to keep me from going down. I wear it all day. Yes, it fits snug, but I think it is supposed too. If you are un decided, go ahead and buy it. You WON'T be sorry.

I bought these to help with knee pain while doing light squats and plyo work. I don't see much benefit from the compression but I do like that the 7MM traps heat and seems to help keep the joints loose. I think I would get a 5MM pair in a size down to see if the compression helped, but the heat factor only makes the 7MM worth it. In short, I can notice a difference when I don't use them, especially the day after.

These are the second pair I've worn. They have great support and are comfortable. Just make sure you air them out after working out because they can become a bit stinky!! The price was cheaper than the Mava web site but sometimes they have two for one sales...

I’ll start by mentioning that I like the materials, feel and the most important, the warmth and comfort at the bottom of the squat. the stitching is strong enough as long as you don’t pick one too tight.All I’m looking for is to keep heat on my knees during long training sessions. These sleeves won’t help me with support nor stability on heavy loads past my own body weight, but I knew that ahead of time. Don’t let other brands fool you.

Just received these so no long term experience, but the fit well, (used the sizing chart), are snug but comfortable for the 1-2 hour periods I have worn them, and definitely make my bad knees feel better.

Ho acquistato queste ginocchiere da 7mm perché volevo tenere al sicuro le mie ginocchia durante le sessioni di allenamento.Ho da poco iniziato a praticare crossfit ed ero terrorizzato dal forzare sulle ginocchia.Il prodotto è un ottimo supporto, ti fa sentire al sicuro, il neoprene fa il suo dovere e mi ritengo soddisfatto.La vestibilità è buona, stringono come deve essere e i materiali sono di qualità.Considerate che le lavo in lavatrice due volte a settimana e non hanno ceduto di un millimetro.

Excellent fit, not too tight and not too loose. I can certainly feel the support when doing squats. Just make sure you measure your knee as instructed before you purchase and you will not be disappointed.

I am wearing this sleeve to support my knee whilst doing my exercise classes and it’s working very well. My knee feels much more secure and less painful. Very happy with this product, it’s comfortable and flexible.
