It works!! I use this most nights and by morning, I'm usually ready to go, if not right after a cup of coffee. I typically only use 1, but will occasionally use 2 if I feel like I need to. I had mild cramping at first (especially when I would take 2), but my body seems to have built a tolerance and now I don't feel anything! Love love love these. Love that they don't have magnesium (for whatever reason those would always make my breakout), love that they're not a stimulant, and love that you take them orally.

So I have bought this for the second time now. I only take one at a time because if I take two at a time, I better be home for a couple days. I read many reviews before trying this product and decided I would take the chance. Since every person's body is different to say nothing of gender, weight, age etc., there is really no way to predict what may happen for you. This is simply my experience. I know enough about this type of product to know it's a good idea to start out with half the recommended dosage. I took one capsule to start with and have continued with just one as that works great for me. I'm also aware that it takes about 12 hours, when your body is functioning well, for food etc. to pass through. With that in mind I took the first capsule about 4:00 in the afternoon. That seems to be the right timing for me. The first dose I had a couple of mild cramps which I knew would be gas passing, but that was the extent of my discomfort. It absolutely cleanses. I have been dealing with the after-effects of two hysterectomy type procedures that no one mentioned would affect my bowels. Without getting into detail, I will say before those procedures I was "perfect" with rare exceptions. Since, it's been a struggle. And I wanted to get rid of the product that was recommended to take after the procedures as I finally read the ingredients and it certainly not natural! Does the word plastic mean anything to anyone? So, after almost 2 weeks of utilizing this product I feel like I've found a very good solution. I don't think it's intended to be a long-term one but for me, it is at this point the best option I've found to keep things on track daily

Needed to detox & cleanse. This here product came through. Directions calk for 2 tabs but I'd say start with one for a smother move & to avoid that emergency run. Gets the job done. If you start with 2 tabs you'll get cramping(well at least I did). 1 tab works for me

I didn't have much hope in this product but thought I would give it a try. Thus far, I have been using it once a week and my stomach feels so much better! I no longer wake up with bloating or feeling like my stomach hates me. I truly just feel so much better! (lighter too lol)

Hey hey. A lot of negative reviews. For me, this thing is legit. If you take 2, you’ll be in going to the bathroom 6-12 times and be in so much PAIN lol. But it emptied me out! I changed my dose to 1 pill. Less pain and less bathroom runs for me. But it works!! 2 pills will hurt very much but it will remove everything lol DONT TAKE THIS IF YOU WORK, or have plans the next day! You’ll have to be home, trust me lol I take them Monday and Tuesday only because on The Weeknd I got plans lol. But it makes me lose weight too!
