We have a Bunn unit in the lower part of our restaurant and continued to purchase Mr. Coffee's, etc for the upper level. Finally decided to purchase another Bunn for the upper level. Can't believe I waited so long! No comparison to the Bunn commercial unit! Coffee brews fast and consistent, high quality construction, easy to set up with direct water piping, nice having the hot water for hot drinks and the pot doesn't drip all over the table when pouring coffee for customers.

These bunn-o-matic coffee makers are garbage. I ordered this machine for my fire station just shy of one year ago and it has been problematic ever since. It’s great when it works correctly. However, it likes to go into freak-out mode where when you start it, it brews continuously until the water tower’s water supply runs out, or you pull the plug. Unacceptable of a product that costs $600.00 and whose only job in this world is to brew a pot of coffee.

Very unhappy with this product bought the end of July 2018 and it is hardly used and already quit working. This is not a good product to buy!
