I couldn't remember a time when I actually felt more than a 6/10. (that was a good day). I would have a great night's sleep and still wake up foggy, tired and just dreading my day ahead.After seeing reviews, I thought, what the heck, I will try this. I NEED to try something. I was desperate.On days 1 and 2 I doubled the dose...uhhh bad idea, you may suffer a headache for the first few days, I had a super migraine.. I guess 2 pills on day one and two were not so smart. BUT... the energy and good mood! WOW! I can't say enough good about this product. I am my old self again. I look forward to doing things again, I wake up clear-headed and I have energy all day again. It has saved me. I was starting to dread working because of my daily fatigue. Now every day is great.After going back to one pill per day, (on day 3) energy was still high.... but by day 6... I still felt great, but not like at the start. SO...I began taking one at noon lunch, and one before bed. a day later...I am back to that astounding energy. And No headaches whatsoever.All of this to say, I don't know what the ingredient is in this supplement that works so well. Surely it is a combination. Perhaps it is the DIM, or the phyto estrogens. I am a larger woman so I think the double dose is probably what is helping to feel my best.If you are suffering from peri-menopause symptoms and that crashing fatigue and low mood/ brain fog. Give this a try. There will perhaps be headaches for the first few days. But I just took tylenol. I could deal with the headaches anyways, a headache is far better than brain fog and debilitating fatigue. This supplement gave me back my life.

The vitamin company reached out to me about my concern and they were amazing.This product caused belly discomfort and nausea. It's possible that my body system just didn't agree with something in the vitamins. I can say for certain I had more energy aside from the nausea and cramps so that in itself is positive.I read the reviews before purchasing and they were positive reviews. This product works for alot of people. I will purchase other products from this company as they are a solid brand.
