The trimmer edger combine works but is a little under powered due to only one cord to trim with. However for multiple passes it works great. The sweeper/blower is powerfully when holding the device perpendicular to the ground instead of at an angle. You get more air flow that way. The batteries that come with the unit are not powerful as far as holding a charge. Would recommend buying the 4AH version of the battery so you can do your entire yard on one battery. Charging the batteries after usage takes a longer time than most so charge them overnight. All in all it’s a good combo for personal private lawns that are smaller in size. It’s a good combo for cheaper cost.

This is a review of floor sweeper/blower. Mine is the theLSW221 Type2 20v Max. It is a single speed with simple thumb switch. Had no issues with operation or battery life. Use everyday. Its low output is great for sweeping bare floors, ceilings, walls, drapes and furniture, drying wet floors. THIS NOT A LEAF BLOWER, but will clean sidewalks after weed trimming. I use with B&D BHFEA Type2 20v Max stick vac to clean house and workshop, garage and carport any many other things. Weed trimmer works its lightweight and light duty, but does the job if it’s small. I have heavy duty tools for all these tools, but I use the battery powered tools all the time. Have many B&D tools and batteries, and Porter Cable tools and a stack of batteries, which can easily be modified to work in either/or. Haven’t run down a battery yet with each use. Attention Black and Decker R&D, developed and provide 3” diameter scrub brush for weed trimmer along with adjustable speed. It’s the perfect size and weight for floor scrubber.

After growing up in a farm house of Stihl products, I knew that after moving into the city I didn't want to bother with mixing and storing gas/oil for my small lawn, so when I saw this battery powered combo go on sale, I knew I wanted to try it.Mostly weed whacker/battery information:Honestly, for $90 it gets the job done, so long as the job isn't really big. I've got about a third of an acre and I do a little bit of work trimming and edging every few days when I get an extra hour, and it's worked out pretty well. Yesterday I did a rough edge on my driveway and about half the sidewalk before having to call it quits and recharge the battery.Fully charged I get somewhere between 25 - 30 minutes per battery, and since it comes with 2 batteries it kind of works out for the schedule I set for myself. It does feel like it takes hours for each one to completely charge, which can be annoying when you're trying to knock something out or hit a specific goal. The battery situation is probably my least favorite part of this deal.My first week with the wacker was a hate/hate relationship, but upon reflection I was trying to tear through some small sprouting maple trees and tall weeds along my fence and garage, and more than once did I mess up the feed line. But the head comes off easy (two small buttons to depress), and once you remove the spool and rewind the line and get it back through the hole, you get back to work pretty easily. Once I figured out the kinks, I'm happy with it's performance. The general upkeep after my initial whack has been easy and fast and it only takes a few minutes to clear my fences and garage and driveway each week. I've now advanced into all of my edging which takes a lot more time with this. It has some power, but it takes multiple go overs to try and chip away at any sense overgrown grass.The blower:So far I love the blower. It handles the grass clippings with ease, the whirlybirds from our neighbors maple tree, deer poop, and even the corn my 5yr old throws all over the driveway for the squirrels. I haven't had to do heavy leaves or really wet grass yet, but so far I think it's the stronger half of this combo.All-In-All: Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. It's a nice little set if you're looking for something to get you started and do a little work, but if you're continuously doing yard work or looking for a big clean up helper, I'd look at a stronger model, or go electric/gas.EDIT: So I've been using this for a year now and it has still held up. I whack after every mow, and no joke - I fought the extremely slow (trickle) charger they sent with this every time. It got real annoying trying to remember if I switched the batteries so the other could charge.Over time I somehow managed to smack the trimmer into sitting at a weird angle, so now when I mow I have to keep it half cocked to the side to get it straight, and then exaggerate it the other way to go up and down. As the primary user I know how it works, but if someone else were to try it they'd probably hate it.Other than that it has held up.My own tips: if you're planning on mowing through some big stuff with it - advance your line so you have a lot of line for whipping. Really helps knock it down and it chews it back down to 'normal' length pretty fast. I also recommend spending a little more on a Black and Decker base charger if you plan on doing a lot of work. I hadn't even thought about one till Bolo suggested one that was on sale, and I cannot believe I played with that annoying supplied charger this long. Spend the extra $25 and get a real charger. Mount it somewhere. Charge your battery in 40 minutes (as opposed to 4 hours) and avoid the headache. Hope to update you next year!

I was using a gas weed whacker for years and wanted to give this one a try. It is certainly not as powerful as the gas one, but I am finding in most applications that is actually a good thing. It uses much less string than my gas one, especially when trimming around fences. The string just kind of skips off the fence instead of ripping apart. The name brand string replacements are a bit expensive, but the generic ones I ordered from Bolo seem to be working just as well.I never had a blower before this so that is also a huge upgrade for me. It is not the most powerful thing, but it works great to clean up the mess the trimmer leaves behind. Also nice to clean up light snow from cars and walkways. The batteries do not last too long, but enough to get what I need to done. I also have 2 extra batteries from hedge trimmers so its not an issue for me at all.If these end up failing in the future I will replace them with more powerful electric models, I do not miss the gas trimmer.

Lo práctico eficiente
Bueno, pero la batería dura poco
Es un buen producto, pero para cortar el césped en un área de 10 x 2, tuve que usar las 2 baterías. Estaba un poco crecido, quizás eso influye también .

El producto funciona muy bien, es liviano y potente. El único detalle es que las baterías duran alrededor de 15 minutos funcionando continuamente y no cuentan con opción de carga rápida.Para jardines pequeños muy recomendado.
La compra qué cambio mi vida (por 6 meses)
lamentablemente debo editar mi opinion: a los 6 meses mi bateria dejo de funcionar y eso que jamas la use mucho, una lastima.....-------------Bueno, iré directo al grano y así tu sabrás si vale la pena o no.... En mi casa cuento con varios patios por todos lados de mi casa-uno de 1 x 30 metros-otro de 7x7 metros-dos jardineras de 1x2 metros-dos jardincitos a la entrada de 2x2 metrosLa primera vez que use este kit el pasto me llegaba a las rodillas (era temporal de lluvia) y me tomo tres baterías terminarlo.... Honestamente me había desilusionado un poco e incluso me estaba haciendo a la idea de volver a mi desbrozadora de gasolina aun gastando más......... Pero no fue hasta 15 días después (hoy) qué solo hice mantenimiento qué quede maravillado. Solo me tomo una batería terminar todo el pasto y un mínimo de la otra para darle su delineado. Es aquí cuando me di cuenta de que muchas críticas no toman en cuenta el inicio pero ya basándonos en el mantenimiento y siendo constantes, después del primer corte ya todo es más sencilloParece poco qué la batería dure 20-30 minutos (yo ni los he contado) pero tiene buena potencia. Así que en ese aspecto me atrevo a decir que no le pide nada a una desbrozadora de gasolina en cuanto potencia. Para uso doméstico creo que hasta y sobra y más para mantenimiento. Hablo de cada 15 días y en temporal de lluvia diario. Cuando acabe esta temporada tal vez una vez al mes sea suficiente o incluso más (al menos en mi municipio, de noviembre a marzo apenas y crece el pasto)Sobre el soplador honestamente quede algo desilusionado pero por el precio esta perfecto. No esperes que levante el pasto tan fácil, esta perfecto para mover el pasto en banquetas pero en tierra es más difícil ya qué se atora con otro pasto.... Aun así, lo uso todos los días para remover hojas, polvo y limpiar la entrada de mi casa. Es cómodo y sobretodo potente para esto.Lo mejor es que mi recibo de luz sigue intacto. Cada batería es el equivalente a 3000 mah (basándome en publicaciones donde venden la pura batería. Esta puede ser de menos) , lo cual significa que seria como cargar dos celulares de esta capacidad o uno de 6000 mah y eso dos veces al mes aprox.Finalmente me sorprendió el hilo de la desbrozadora. No me lo he acabado ni se rompe tan fácil, aun así es económico comprar el carrete o bien pueden comprar el hilo trupper de 1.6mm, el carrete original me salio el equivalente a 4 dolares y el hilo a 2 dolares. Cuestión de gustos y ambos funcionan igual de bienRecomendado ampliamente y repito: la primer cortada será algo complicada si tienes pasto largo, pero después para darle mantenimiento será la mejor decisión de tu vida. Solo se constante
