I’ve been a fan of TUMS for years, and the Assorted Fruit flavor is my absolute favorite. This is perfect for occasional heartburn and indigestion. They work so quickly, usually providing relief within just a few minutes after chewing.The Assorted Fruit flavor is a pleasant mix of fruit tastes that’s way better than other chalky-tasting antacids I’ve tried. It’s sweet, but not overpowering, and the chewable tablets are easy to take on the go.

I take one Tums a night for added calcium. I found this size of Tums is great when I travel. Two little rolls cover me on two week trips. The travel pill containers have small daily squares and regular size Tums don't always fit. Lightweight too when you don't travel light and every ounce counts!

I have no idea why, but the rolled up TUMS work way better than the bottled TUMS. These are great at reducing acid and taste fruity and not chalky. They are slightly more expensive than the big bottles, but I use less overall so it works out.
