At my weekend security job patrol we have to cross over the roof on the 12th floor penthouse level that has a low parapet along the edge where we have to walk. It makes my fear of heights kick into high gear. I have been crossing the roof for three years now and everytime I get panicked. It sucks. So I took a double dose of this last weekend an hour before my patrol started both Saturday and Sunday and felt slightly less panicked. I also made sure not to ingest any caffeine before my patrols. I also have been taking it at night before bed with my usual ashwagandha, valerian and chamomile sleep regimen and it seems to help keep me asleep and wake up refreshed.

I've been taking L-Theanine every morning on an empty stomach, and it's been a great experience. It's very gentle on the stomach and doesn't make me feel sick at all.
