It is very hard to find a dairy free cookie like this and thankfully this is a wonderful option. They are a little dry and crumbly, but given all the allergies they accommodate, I wouldn’t expect them to be any other way

For those of us on a gluten-free diet, it is always exciting to find a food that is just as good or better than the original version. These are addictively delicious. Will definitely order more.

Difficult to find good flavor in Gluten-free products. You can enjoy these vanilla wafers as snacks or use them to create other desserts. I even rolled them into a crust to substitute for graham crackers.
