They are extremely sharp and great quality. The set is full of dynamic blades that makes it easy to cut through bread, veggies, fruits, and even meat. We can't recommend this set enough, and the price was affordable!

I purchased this knife set to replace my old set. These knives are solid and very well built. The wood block has a clean design and looks great sitting on my counter. I have not used all of the knives yet but wish it had more than one paring knife in the set. The one knife in the set I do not like is the utility knife. It has a serrated cutting edge. (Some people like this type of cutting edge but I do not.) I’m cutting food, not wood. This will probably be the last knife set I ever buy.
