The leather is smooth, fit is perfect all around great boot! LOVE THEM TO PIECES! You can smell the leather, and clean lines all the stitches are in perfect alignment.

I went down a half size from my usual. They fit great and are holding up really well! They might not work for people with wider feet. The do have a narrow fit in general. Expensive but worth it.

I wear an 8.5, but ordered the 9. They felt a bit too big even with thick socks on. As long as I tighten the laces, it feels fine. The boot itself looks great. Im always getting compliments on these boots.

I grew up in Minnesota and have family that live in Red Wing. My Grandfather and my Father both had these boots so I'm a third generation Red Wing boot owner. They are so comfortable and sturdy and you can wear them for working or hiking or just an urban adventure. Be sure to try a pair on in a store somewhere, to get a good fit. These will last you a lifetime and are well with the money.

Great boots! These boots helped save my feet after I walked too long in shoes with zero arch support. I had virtually no break-in, aside from my feet getting used to having support. I’ve been through the rain and wet vegetation and stayed dry. Really well made and super comfortable.
