This baby Jolie shampoo is alright. At first I was a little turned off by how watery the foam is, but I changed my opinion fairly quickly because the foam was pretty easy to spread around my son's head. It made me think that I probably use too much regular shampoo on my son and a little bit of product watered down would probably be better. This shampoo didn't really have any kind of scent which I appreciate as my son not only has cradle cap but also really bad eczema so I try to be very careful about what products I use with him.I actually felt like this product left my son's hair feeling a little dry after use compared to the Happy Cappy medicated shampoo we occasionally use when the cradle cap is bad. The baby Jolie shampoo is non-medicated and quite a bit less expensive than Happy Cappy at $13 per 7 oz bottle / approximately $1.86 per fl oz. It's tough to say if this actually is "tear free" since my son screams like a banshee when you have to wash his hair anyway regardless of whether or not the product is irritating. It is reassuring that this shampoo is touted as hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. Overall I would say this shampoo works fine but I'm not sure it's my favorite toddler shampoo. Also my pediatrician told me I could stop spending money on fancy shampoos for cradle cap and just use mineral oil on occasion.

I loved this product, has a gentle smooth scent! is so easy to spread over baby's head because is on foam form, and especially when he is moving around, foam is so much easier! I even use on my 5 years old son, I'll definitely order this shampoo again! Really good product! worth the money paid!

Great gift for new parents.I got this for my girl friend who just had a baby and she absolutely loves it.It has a nice light smell and good foaming action without needing to scrub (good for newborn heads).She told me she would definitely purchase this again in the future.

Gentle soap that smells like baby.I got this for the mildness and pump bottle. I use the gentlest soap I can find with a pump for my face. I don't care that thsi is for babies, it is babying to me. It does have a traditional baby powder scent, which you will either like or not, but be aware that it is there.I comes out of the pump easily in a nice foam. It spreads readily and waskes off clean. This product contains some ingredients that might not be my first choice in a gentle shampoo for newborns. It contains perfume, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, and Iodopropynyl Butyl Carbamate. The lavender and fragrance give it a wonderful smell, and I don’t personally have sensitivities to them. It’s very easy to use, with an efficient pump nozzle. It rinses off like a dream and leaves no greasiness. The mild surfactants make this effective as a gentle cleansing shampoo.
