However, if you can find a European DEF jug, it will fit. Vaico appears to be the main distributor brand. But you can find them rebranded with any of the German auto brands (VW, Audi, Porsche, MB, BMW, etc). You can find them at most dealerships or online. Buy one or two jugs and refill them with whatever brand you want or even from a pump if you have one nearby.Performance-wise, it works and doesn't leak like the cheap funnels that come with the typical jugs. Don't have to deal with the violent burping and the associated mess. Works great for those who have to fill their DEF in the trunk. Less mess. You will get a small dribble when you disconnect. They are a little slow, so either you stand there holding the jug or follow the official VW instructions and rest it on something while it drains.

Would have gave 5 stars, but the threads didn’t match the Adblue jug from the dealer, so I was unable to use it. It did not screw onto the 2.5 gallon jug. Perhaps it is made for the smaller bottle. Will try other bottles & report back.Good seller and fast shipping though.

Does not fit VW AdBlue containers sold in USA at dealerships. Ended up buying a small AdBlue bottle cutting the bottom off after emptying it and using that to fill my tank.

Containers that I have tried, and I have tried 3 different ones including Blue Def, the walmart brand, and the official VW Audi large container for like 40 bucks here on Bolo. Hose fits on none of these.

These should be supplied with every VW that uses adblue from new, end of story.NB:- make sure any non VW adblue container has the correct threads.If you have a genuine VW adblue container do not throw it out, because you can transfer cheaper but equally usable adblue to it for non leaking top ups.

Klare und eindeutige Kaufempfehlung
Etwas verunsichert von den Meinungen, die über den Füllschlauch hier geschrieben wurden, habe ich mir diesen im August 2016 zugelegt. Bis jetzt habe ich zweimal je 10 Liter AdBlue von Hoyer aus dem 10L-Kanister über diesen Schlauch in meinen Tiguan, Modelljahr 2015 laufen lassen.Bei dieser Modellreihe ist einiges an Vorarbeit erforderlich, um AdBlue nachfüllen zu können. Es empfiehlt sich hier, die Rücksitze um zwei Rasten in Richtung Innenraum zu verschieben. Als nächstes ist es von Vorteil, den Ladeboden (sofern vorhanden) herauszunehmen. Die darunterliegende Wanne, die auch das Ersatzrad beherbergt, lässt sich an der linken Seite teilen, indem man sie nach oben herauszieht. So gelangt man als nächstes an den Verschluss im Wagenboden, der herausgenommen werden muss. Erst darunter befindet sich der zu öffnende Drehverschluss für den AdBlue Tank. Nach derartiger Vorbereitung kann es losgehen.Zur Handhabung:1. Die schmale Verschraubung (die, wo das lange Teil des Schlauches herausschaut) wird mit der Hand, ohne zu verkanten, am Kanister verschraubt.2. Der längere Schraubanschluss (der mit dem kurzen Schlauchstück) wird handfest am AdBlue-Tank verschraubt, auch hier wieder ohne ihn zu verkanten.3. Jetzt kann man die 10L AdBlue ohne Kleckereien in den Tank laufen lassen.4. Nachdem der Kanister leer ist, alles wieder zurückbauen und den Schlauch bis zum nächsten Einsatz in seinem Plastikbeutel irgendwo lagern. Bei mir liegt er in der Garage, im Auto finde ich unnötig. Die Warnung kommt sehr frühzeitig, so dass ein ständiges Mitführen unnütz erscheint.5. Jetzt noch kurz die Zündung einschalten (ca. 60sec), damit das Auto auch merkt, dass der AdBlue-Tank wieder voll ist und fertig!Entgegen anderslautenden Berichten hier, kann ich keinerlei Undichtigkeiten feststellen. Bei mir ist nicht ein Tropfen woanders als im Tank gelandet.Die Warnhinweise beginnen beim Tiguan ab einer Restlaufzeit von 2.400km. Beim ersten Nachfüllen stand die Anzeige auf 1.800 Restkilometern, beim zweiten Mal auf 650 Restkilometer. Beide Male habe ich einen kompletten 10L-Kanister problemlos eingefüllt bekommen.Auch kann ich nicht bestätigen, dass das Befüllen übermäßig langsam vonstatten geht. Ja, es rauscht nicht gerade wie ein norwegischer Wasserfall in den Tank, das ist auch so nicht gewollt, da ja ein „Luft-Brühe-Austausch“ stattfindet. Bei mir war bei beiden Malen der Inhalt des 10L-Kanisters in 5 Minuten im Tank verschwunden! Also 10min pro Liter halte ich persönlich für ein Gerücht, welches auch gerne von VAG-Werkstätten verbreitet wird, weil sonst keiner mehr in die Werkstatt fährt um teuer Geld für die Nachfüllaktion zu bezahlen!Beim nächsten Mal stelle ich einen kleinen Hocker in den Kofferraum, auf dem ich den Kanister ablege, dann brauche ich nicht während des Einfüllens den Kanister zu halten.Für mich war der Kauf des Schlauches gut angelegtes Geld, der hier veranschlagte Preis für das AdBlue von Hoyer ist auch mehr als in Ordnung, ich habe beim letzten Mal bei ATU über 20,- für 10L bezahlt.Also von meiner Seite klare Kaufempfehlung für den Schlauch. Wenn man nicht gänzlich ungeschickt ist, kann man eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen.
