i'm a senior and i noticed a few years ago that my gums were receding, so i bought the regular parodontax, but it still needed to use my commercial whitener toothpaste.now i have the whitening parodontax toothpaste ... my gums are better and the whitening in this version is better than any of the other commercial whitening toothpastes.highly recommend this for seniors!! (or everyone else).
