Flashforge 5m pro user, print instructions led me to double dot squish balls and this set being of 4 high quality balls was perfect! I didn't expect to pay over $20 but these were worth it! They seem durable, but ive only had em a few days now so time will tell. They definitely have a good bounce to them and squish perfectly and evenly underneath the printer.

I couldn't even begin to describe how to play squash. I bought these balls to use as feet for my Bambu A1, and they do the trick well. As for how they bounce or contribute to my squash playing prowess? I'd have to learn how to play to give an opinion.

My 3-D printer was pretty noisy, and the shelving system I used for it acts like a tuning fork when it runs; It resonates and it has a lot of high frequency vibration that makes a lot of noise. This was the last thing I needed to do to try and fix the vibrations for overnight printing. It’s set up in the same room I live in so it’s pretty easy to hear otherwise.Worked like a charm! Printer is near dead silent, and can barely be heard when it runs. A bit unconventional from what they’re used for normally, but it’s simplicity makes it such a simple answer to this problem!

So my disappointment will likely be different than the traditional end user, so I only took off one star to be fair. My problem is that I bought 2 qty 2-packs so I could repurpose these as feet for my 3D printer. While they work, the problem is that not all the balls have the same level of squish. This results in my printer sitting slightly lopsided, which isn't a huge problem, but the shock absorbing effect will be inconsistent. I moved them around and the problem followed the 2 problematic balls. I would imagine that this could be a problem when using them for their intended purpose as well. All-in-all, they were ok and maybe I just got a bad package. I don't know if the 2 problematic balls were both from the same package or if there was 1 in each pack I bought. Either way, QC seems suspect on my very small sample size of 4.

I'm not using these for their intended purpose but as sound dampening for my 3D printer based on recommendations from others who did the same. After printing sockets to hold these, I replaced the feet on my printer with the new setup. I also re-leveled the print bed before continuing.Honestly I was skeptical right until I did my first test print. WOW what a difference! Close to 80% or 90% of the vibration and noise was reduced. The only noticeable noise was from the stepper motors themselves. That will be addressed in other upgrades.I highly recommend taking the time to insure the printer is on a solid and stable level surface with sufficient room for movement. With the printer in motion I observed 1/2" inch deflection on the X and Y axis so be sure to include this in your calculations when designing and building a cabinet for your printer.
