I had to pee in a cup and then dip the stick in for 20 seconds and I had no problems using it that way.

I peed on two of the ovulation sticks and both times had a blank window results. I haven’t peed on the other ovulation sticks because I’m worried 1) I’m worried they will all show up with blank windows 2) I paid for the box for one month cycle & I’m not going to pay for 2 boxes for 1 month cycle. (unfortunately I will have to buy another type of ovulation kit to track ovulation because now I don’t trust the validity and consistency of the clear blue ovulation sticks (the ones with the two lines - not smiley face).

It is nice having a box with ovulation tests and a pregnancy test. The only downside is that the lines can be hard to read at times. One of the lines can be faint at times and it's hard to tell how close you are to your peak.

If you see two strong lines, your lh surge is high, you’re ovulating and your percentage of going pregnant is pretty good.If one line is faint while the other one is bold, your lh surge is low. Doesn’t meant you can’t get pregnant, but you have a better percentage when both lines are bold.Hope this helps
