I am not a big fan of Vin Diesel or this genre as such but I am a big fan of Donnie Yen. He has such an elegant fighting style and he always plays a character you can relate to. So it was Donnie Yen who sold this movie as far as I was concerned. It was definitely better than I expected. There were great fight scenes, a few good plot twists and I liked the incorporation of the second movie from the triple x series. The 3d was also a seller for me and this is the kind of movie that is really enhanced by it. I also liked the incorporation of so many different nature environments, and creative ways of handling chase scenes. Best of all this movie did not take itself seriously. The humor of the actors helped the audience have a fun ride without the gore and depression of many movies. So I have ordered the first two triple x movies which I haven't seen yet. And yes, I know that they may not have the 'magic ingredients' that this one had for me. But I like having the set of something I like and I am hoping that there will be a fourth one in the works soon.

This is a great movie I am so glad they made a second part. It is full of suspense and has a lot of action. Triple x was great and this part goes right along with it. Some second parts do not make since but this one goes right along with the first part. Vin Diesel is a great actor in anything he plays in so glad he did this one. If you liked triple x then you will like this one thumbs up all the way.

this movie relaxes me
Yeah there's not much of a storyline, but quite enough, Diesel recruits a band of antisocial characters, trying to find a box that can control all cameras on earth. Firefights, jet ski chase, fight in a plane like 0 g, guns all around ... Lots of one liners.Oh Yes and Nina Dobrev, I love her so much in this role.Not the bestK image but really solid all along.
