Nine West is still my go-to every day pump, but I was a bit disappointed when I received my black calf leather ones today. The website picture showed them to be constructed with a “ leather upper, leather lining”, same as my tan pair I bought a couple of years earlier.The pair I received today only have a leather upper, with a man made lining (see photo) similar to their Flax model. The insole is more substantial, but I know from experience that their man made linings just don’t hold up as well.I’ll keep them since I received a good deal, but was disappointed.

I usually dread wearing pumps because I have wide feet but these were surprisingly comfortable. I bought my normal size 8 and they fit perfectly. I was able to walk through a parking structure and multiple hospital buildings while carrying a heavy laptop bag with no problem. Will purchase in other colors.

I can't speak on the fit & comfort level of other Nine West style of Pumps because these were my introduction to the brand, but believe me when I say these shoes were the most excruciatingly painful torture devices I've ever worn. And that's really saying something because I wore a lot of Pumps over the years. I even went up a size as I generally do due to the shape of the Pointy-Toe construction. The toe box on these was extremely narrow, squeezing the life out of my toes. I figured maybe by wearing them a few days around the house they'd gradually, slightly stretch the toe area. Sadly that just wasn't happening. I tried for a week, but there was just no give. The shoe itself is pretty basic. It looked okay enough for your average heel. Nothing elaborate. I wanted to like them, but was afraid given the super narrow toe box giving me no wiggle room & how cramped my toes were, the shoes would give me bunions sooner rather than later. I got a bit more use out of them before chucking them out altogether.Odd that Bolo product description doesn't indicate the size of the heel. I went to the manufacturer page to see if there were some detail there, but was unsuccesful because there was no listing for this particular style, at all. I'm assuming its since been discontinued, as I checked the Nine West website which give an error on their page that says 'page not found'. Apparently Bolo inventory is what's remaining in stock over here. DSW indicates the heel height is 3.5 while Kohl's indicates 3.75 inches. I can say for sure they aren't the latter as I've got a dozen pairs of Hazel Pumps by Sam Edelman which are 3.75" AND a dozen pairs of Annas by Naturalizer which are 3/38", & they are virtually closer to my Anna heels in regard to the heel length. I know this because I measured my Sam Edelman's side-by-side against these Nine West ones, & the SE Pumps had a longer heel.In the final analysis, I'd be willing to give NW Pumps another try in future. Hopefully I'll have better luck in that they've improved the skimpy toe box construction of their shoe

Took a little to long to deliver but is acceptable given the current conditions. Box arrived in bits and prices but the product was not affected. Was a gift and went pretty well, fitting OK and looking great. Overall a good experience. Thank you.
