You can read my full review of the Premium Lotion on the product page for the bottle sold alone.This is for the milk. If you have used the lotion, this is entirely different. It's more like a traditional American lotion crossed with a serum. It's thin and runny but white, not clear. It also has mineral oil, which according to studies will not clog your pores. According to the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, its molecules are too large to do that. I trust research scientists and doctors over Instagram or Facebook "experts" - don't rule this out just for that one ingredient.Beneficial ingredients: mineral oil, five sizes of hyaluronic acid, arginine, and allontin. It also has parabens, which somehow became a "bad" ingredient in the US and because of that fearmongering without a shred of scientific evidence to back it up, it's been replaced by preservatives that a very large chunk of the population is allergic to. I am glad it has parabens and won't buy cosmetics or skin care items without it after having multiple items mold quickly.I use this over the lotion to really seal it in - if you aren't in a humid environment any hyaluronic acid will dry out your skin if used alone. This does the trick and it gives me additional hyaluronic acid.If it's your first time using this ingredient, it's very moisturizing without feeling oily at all. (It is sticky, though.) After a few days your skin just looks plump. There's no other way to describe it. I am old enough to have tried everything and this isn't like even the most expensive creams - it's so much better.I use different amounts depending on my day. Three to five drops under sunscreen is adequate if I'm wearing makeup, but if I'm inside all day I'll use more than that - anywhere from a dime to a quarter if I'm really going for something more like a mask. I use less of the milk. It's better to use less than more, because if it's humid (it is very humid where I live) it never really dries down if you have a lot on. Even 5 drops will do the trick, especially if you use the lotion with the milk over it.

Love this clear lotion (essence). It’s fairly thick but instead of squeezing the bottle I hold it upside down and let a few drops come out. You don’t need much. I have mature skin and live in the desert so this truly plumps my skin, reduces lines and keeps me moist throughout the day. I use on top the cream too. Love it. This brand never disappoints

I have fairly oily skin and this makes my skin feel super plump after I do my night routine. I use this along with the Hado Labo face foam cleanser and my skin has never looked this bright and clear before. GET IT!!

I actually like the way the products makes my skin feel. It softened my skin and felt really nice I kept touching my skin all day. However I noticed with the milk lotion it gave me white heads and clogged my pores. The lotion(light) though was fine. I used it as a serum instead of a toner because it has a thick viscosity and that one doesn't give me whiteheads. For the milk lotion I would recommend it for very dry and/or mature skin or for the winter. It is veryyy hydrating and moisturising.
