We have been using these for several year for my son who has autism. He is 12 years old, 5'3" and about 215 pounds. These are durable and do not rip when he pulls them up. They have good absorbency and keep keep the sheets through out the night. He also likes that they do not look like little children pull ups with characters.

It was so humiliating for him! It broke my heart to see how embarrassed he was when he had an accident and I had to get him into the shower to clean up (not to mention the many middle of the night bathroom clean-ups). As much as I didn't want to add to the humiliation by suggesting we get him into adult diapers, I just wasn't getting any sleep and was constantly burnt out from all the cleaning. I'm unfortunately battling with some health problems myself, so a lot of late nights and early mornings were really taking its toll on meI but the bullet and bought these for him and called them, "Night Time Underwear", and to my surprise he immediately jumped on board. All I can say is that these things are a lifesaver for me, and since they feel like cloth and pull on like regular underwear, Dad is very happy with them. They have given Dad his confidence back and have prevented him from having any of the horrible accidents he was having before. I'm not exactly sure how that works, but he's been able to make it to the bathroom mostly on time and I've only had to deal with urinary accidents, not a fecal ones (thankfully! ). It makes me so happy to see Dad feeling like a man again! He's got a pep in his step and a smile on his face, even at bedtime. He wears them full time now, but you'd never know it. They don't make any sounds like the old diapers did, and they aren't so bulky that you can tell it's not regular underwear.I should add that I was concerned about the sizing; Dad has lost about twenty pounds and while he's always been skinny, he's really skinny now (6'1", 127 pounds). The SM ‐ MED actually fit him well, but they definitely have a LOT of stretch in them, so I would imagine they'd be a good fit for almost anybody.Thank you so much to the people at Depends that thought up a product that solves incontinence issues AND doesn't make the consumer feel ashamed about wearing it. No one wants that in their old age; it's doesn't matter how old we get, we still have our pride and want to feel like an adult and not a child. These really are a fantastic product for anyone experiencing incontinence issues. I hope I'll never need them, but if I do end up with issues later on in my life, I won't feel so bad about it. How wonderful is that?
