When I really like something, I have a habit of buying extras because you never know if you can find them again in the future (especially now days).Try this 'home test'--take an old cotton tee shirt, twist the horizontal middle of it up. Try your best "heavy duty" scissors to cut the twisted portion--it takes multiple sawing motions to get through it. With these babies, a swipe or two are enough to cut the whole twisted portion of the fabric.I've never had better 'heavy duty' scissors than these. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These are extremely durable scissors and will not bend or flex when cutting. This is a great present for someone that does projects around the house. I gave them as stocking stuffers at Christmas- of course I got a pair in my tool chest

I've used Fiskars shears/scissors for YEARS. Bought this set to use for heavy-duty cutting and save the blades on my good set. It's a beast, will cut through anything you'd dare rip into without needed a tin snip.

I purchased these for cutting sound deadening material made of soft rubber with a self adhesive backing. These made good cuts even after cutting several dozen linear feet and accumulating a substantial adhesive glob along the edge. Full sized hand grips give plenty of leverage for making cuts in tougher materials.

Purchased this for putting up vinyl siding on our house and works well. Some of the thicker areas are still a little tough to get through but we did the entire half of the house (remodel) with no problems (other than sore hands). Stayed sharp through the entire project.

These things are monsters! I mean they are big, heavy duty scissors. The handles are nicely contoured for comfort and allow for supplying surprising, pain free power, to the blades. If you need a pair of large scissors, that will comfortably cut through most anything around the house or workshop these will likely work. Keep in mind they are fairly heavy but the long blades provide very smooth curved cuts even in very thick saddle leather. They are so good, and so reasonably priced for what you get, we went back and bought the smaller size for smaller cutting jobs. No regrets. Highly recommended.

These scissors are fantastic! I have been needing to cut back the excess under carpet around our living room, but with my regular scissors & box cutter, it was extremely exhausting & not real effective, it took a lot of human power to cut even the smallest piece. Straight out of the box, these were cutting the carpet with ease! I completed this task/chore in under 10 minutes, that’s how good these work. Highly recommend!

Bonne cisaille, mais petites améliorations possibles
La lame est très qualitative, sans aucun jeu, mais mériterait d'être un poil plus longue.En revanche, le plastique du manche est un peu léger, j'aurais préféré quelque chose de plus rigide et solide. Egalement, il aurait fallu que la lame aille jusqu'en bas du manche pour permettre d'avoir plus de levier lors des coupes difficiles.
