I was basically sandblasting myself. Ordered a shroud and finished the job like a civilized human being—way better results and way less “why is there grit in my teeth?” moments.The tool itself crushed it (the flagstone, not my will to live). Just do yourself a favor and use a shroud with a shop vac unless you want to look like you lost a fight with a bag of flour.And for the love of lungs, wear your PPE. Grinding without it is like going into a sandstorm with your eyes open and saying, “This is fine.”

I'm using this wheel for lapidary purposes, so probably different than most other people. I use it on the angle grinder to shape larger rocks and it certainly does the trick. As far as fitting on the angel grinder - note this is not a threaded cup wheel - you'll need the nut that comes with your angle grinder to tighten it on. The quality is fantastic. Works great with my 4.5 inch Bauer that I bought from Harbor Freight. As with many tools like this, let the wheel do the work - you don't need to apply a ton of pressure. I'm really happy with it.

Works great. I used this to grind down thinset on a slab after chipping up ceramic tiles. I wet down the thinset to help reduce dust and this worked perfectly to remove the thinset.

We used this cutter to remove leftover thinset after hammering the bulk of the thinset off. While it was capable of the job, it removed thinset for about 6 sq ft before the wheel just polished the concrete. Because of the shallow cup to the wheel, I had to add shims to my universal dust shroud I added to my grinder.

Cumplió con su función, la verdad es que no sé cuánta es la durabilidad por que yo solo lo usé en un pequeño espacio, quite exceso de cemento que tenía en el piso para poner mi loseta, es muy rápido así.

I used this for about 8 hours to remove 2 layers of flaking paint on concrete sidewalk and it was still working fine when I finished. It leaves a fairly smooth surface and did the job to my complete satisfaction but you need to wear a mask because fine concrete dust flies everywhere.
