    Once I roasted a big pan of them with oil, garlic & onion powder they didn't last long in our house. But I'd prefer to not have to roast them. My sunflower seeds come pre-roasted.But the taste is good.

    This is a good product. Fresh taste and large package. Has come in great shape not smashed. Use for cooking or with cereal for breakfast. Part of my monthly shipment. Get every 2 months so have gotten several packages. I toast them in oven before eating.
