In my nearly four decades of lifting weights, I’ve probably tried over 100 brands of protein bars. Protein Crisp would would be in my all-time top five. Unlike many protein bars, these are not heavy or dense - in fact, it’s almost like eating a Kit Kat except this has a lot more nutrients. I really like the chocolate flavor.

The price is cheaper compared to other brands. Flavor is really good and especially the caloric surplus for this supplement is lower than other brands especially when you’re cutting. A good alternative for snack replacement with low calories.

These bars a not too sweet which is nice. They are a little dry in texture but I really enjoy them. I usually have one on a quick 15 min break at work and it leaves me satisfied without feeling full. I will definitely try every flavour!
