Used it for years to help with increasing leg pain. Seems to work. Pills are large is the only drawback.

First, the tablets are a bit large, which might be difficult for some people to swallow. If you have trouble with bigger pills, you might need to cut them in half. A smaller option would have been nice for easier consumption.Another issue is that it takes time to see results. It’s not an instant fix. If you’re looking for quick relief, this might not be the best option. But for long-term care, it seems to work well and is worth sticking with.

Everything was fine except the actual delivery. It was delivered to the front porch. I live in the back. Directions were added to the delivery instructions. This is on the driver, not you. Bu I had to vent.This product helps with pain and stiffness in my hips and knees.
