THIS ITALIAN EXTRA-IRGIN OLIVE OIL IS NOT ONLY SUPERB, IT IS THE BEST BARGAIN EVOO ON THE MARKET. NOT FROM ONE PRODUCER, BUT WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOTTLE THE FLAVOR S SO INTENSE THAT IT STOPS YOU IN DISBELIEF. GREAT AROMA, GREAT TASTE, AND GREAT PRICE.

IMO this is the best olive oil for the money. If Bolo can keep it's current price around $23, it's a no brainer. Keep in mind, olive oil needs to be used sparingly. After all, It's 100% fat.It should never be used for frying foods because of it's lower smoke point, and apparently according to Dr. Robert Lustig, when olive oil is heated it changes the monosaturated fat to trans fat.

One thing that I did not know about Olive oil until i did the research. A good Olive oil will have an expiration date on it. Look at your bottle of Olive oil. I'm guessing it probably does not have an expiration date on it. The Bolo brand does which tells me it is a quality oil. I have bought it before and will continue to buy it. I recommend this product
