He was also going through a growth spurt that was causing some light headedness and fainting. He started hydrating, working out, eating better, and using this and he's felt so much better and has not had any black outs. This is a quality product I will continue to purchase.

These pills are definitely a lifesaver!! I have Addison's Disease and Hypothyroidism. Some of my symptoms are fatigue, heavy sweating and dehydration. Especially in the summer when the temps are high. I get dehydrated on a daily basis, regardless of how much I drink. If I go outside at all in the high heat, I come back wet all over and my hair especially gets all wet.The first day I took these electrolyte salts I noticed a huge difference. My dehydration headache was gone and my energy level went up. I felt normal!! No more electrolyte drinks for me. These pills are convenient to take and carry with you when you get out and exercise. These are now in my pill box and I take one morning and evening, and during the day if I go out and work in the heat. I can now help with the gardening chores or other yard work!My daughter is a whitewater rafting guide on the Arkansas River. She is outside all day when she guides people down the river. I gave her a supply of these pills to use and to take before and after trips. She came home the first day she tried these and loved them! It's hard for her to drink water when she's on a trip, so she gets back and grabs her water bottle and pops a pill. It's incredibly convenient for her. She also shared a few pills with other raft guides, some with dehydration and some who were recovering from a stomach bug. They all loved them and came back asking for more!!I still had well over half of a bottle left, but I just ordered another bottle for my daughter. This product is a must if you're on Keto or have UC. I have been using these electrolyte salts for a few months, and have had positive results with focus, I do not have leg cramps at night, and I stay hydrated when I use this product. I have been using these amazing electrolyte salts all summer, especially when I know I will be outdoors for a while. I am so happy to have them! I have Ulcerative Colitis, and I lose a lot of fluid each day, especially precious electrolytes, which cause my leg cramps, fatigue and so many other symptoms just from dehydration. I have completely replaced other hydration beverages, such as Gatorade, with this amazing electrolyte salt supplement. It has also worked exceptionally well while I've been back on a Keto diet for over a week, now. If you are sensitive to those types of performance beverages, or do not believe in putting all of those unnecessary chemicals, additives, artificial colorings, etc. in your body, you should really give this product a try! You will not be sorry.

I figured out that I had electrolyte imbalance just like my mother. Why no one else figured this out I was a child is beyond me. With a history of being anemic, fatigued, always feeling exhausted, wondering why even when I pushed myself because I have more than one autoimmune condition. This helped me to rehydrate my body it should have been obvious by my hair including me collapsing. Trying to get hospitals to run certain tests including me telling different things. Doctors who should have recognized that I had this & other autoimmune conditions with a long history of be anemic knowing something is very wrong; so I started researching medical information. This instantly helped my mouth & body.

I am on spirolactone which is a diuretic and makes it hard to hold onto water. These are great to add first thing in the AM with water, before/after a workout, or really whenever you need a few extra electrolytes. The instructions say to not take more than 10 in a 24 hour period so each individual pill only has a small amount of electrolytes. I like this because I can very easily control how much I want to take on any given day based on my activity levels, etc.I was getting sick of drinking sports drinks and this has been a great option for when I want to drink water but need the electrolytes in order for my body to hold onto the water and not have it just go straight through me!

Bought this to help with recovery after long runs, but honestly there is no difference for me. I do not take this daily though.
